To protect our customers and our staff The Glasshouse Café will be operating with fewer staff than normal, both in and out of the kitchen. Please bear with us while we re-organise and try to work through this difficult time

Inside The Glasshouse we have reduced the number of tables and then spaced our tables to give customers at least one metre distancing. Also, if the weather is kind to us, we will have more tables outside.

We will be asking customers to wait at the door for a member of staff to take you to your table,

Face-coverings must be worn when entering and leaving The Café and when moving away from your table when inside. For face-covering exemptions please provide blue badge/lanyard for verification.

Hand sanitizing gel dispensers will be available at the doors, in the toilets and generally in numerous places around The Café. Please use these as often as you like as well as washing your hands regularly.

Please note. The maximum number we can accept for a table reservation is four people and those four must be from the same household or support bubble.

We want to reassure customers we have regular cleaning procedures in place in The Café. Staff will be washing their hands at least every twenty minutes and sanitising ‘touch points’ every half hour. Tables and chairs will be cleaned after each customer leaves and at all times we will be following the highest of cleaning standards throughout the dining areas and in the kitchen.

We look forward to seeing all our lovely customers soon and we thank you for your support and best wishes.

With kindest regards,

Team Glasshouse at Stydd
